As a collaborative effort between photographer Annemarieke Van Drimmelen and painter Jasper Krabbe, this series of works were shot on the Greek island of Hydra to “…reimagine a child’s gaze that still has an untethered and pristine view of the world” in the words of Swedish publisher, Libraryman. The artist couple found themselves becoming inspired by the kinds of things their daughter would point out on their walks around the island; to whom the book is dedicated. 

The photographs contain small and intimate details, like an animal shape made of wire with a small child’s hand at the bottom of the frame to collaged images of debris which are then painted over to transform each image into a beautiful mixed medium artwork.

This title was designed and edited by Libraryman founder, Tony Cederteg; a serial publisher with a past in zine and bookmaking under the eponymous name Cederteg.
